For practicing that new move without dirtying yourself or burning your surroundings, these white sock poi are perfect for learning that new trick. Wraps and twist tricks are a lot easier then with fire poi. Inside for weight, instead of a tennis ball, comes with a Multi Function LED GLOW ball (like on LED POI), so you can do awesome night performances.
The glow poi heads are made of soft flexible plastic (to avoid bruising when mistakes happen), comes with a swivel which has a metal loop used to attach to the rest of your poi set. Uses 2 watch batteries (included). The ball heads Weighs 43 grams each.
