Where do we ship from and can I pickup?
We ship from 3 different locations located in Adelaide, Brisbane, and Sydney, Australia. We ship using over a dozen different postage methods depending on your location and your goods location. You can pick up from our Sydney warehouse, however a handling fee is charged (which we don't make any profit on) and 1 day's notice is still required.

What happens if my order is lost?
We set a worst case delivery date based on your location and postage method for ALL orders, and will refund your order if you don't recieve it by this date. You don't need to purchase insurance, its included in all orders.

I need some goods really soon!
Need your goods for a performance? You can purchase arrive-on-time insurance from us for a small fee. If your goods don't arrive by their estimated date, we will pay for the cost of returning the unused goods for a refund, and give you up to a $500 gift voucher as compensation.

Postage services within Australia
Australia PostEparcel or Parcel Post Plus. Tracking number provided, but usually is only scanned at delivery.
Eparcel ExpressTracked, scanned 2-3 times, delivery usually in 1-2 days, but this is not guarenteed.
Air CourierDHL next-day or Australia Post Express. Tracking number provided, but usually only scanned when delivered.
Road CourierSlow, but typically very cheap, road frieght. Tracked, scanned 2-3 times.
Collect from depotBudget option for large orders or remote country orders, collect from one of 50 frieght depots Australia-wide. Tracked, scanned 2-3 times. Phone call from depot on arrival.
Warehouse pickupIf we stock products in your order in your state, then in certain case you can pickup directly. We do not make any profit on the handling fee charged.
Convention pickupWe sponser events and exhibit several times a year all over Australia at a wide range of carnivals and conventions (OzComicCon, Avcon, SupaNova, SpinFest, and more). If we offer this to you, we're appearing and we can hold stock for you at our booth. You will have to pre-pay, and obviously pay to attend the convention.
International postage services
Air mailSlow, untracked international mail. Takes 3 weeks minimum.
DHL Air ExpressFast international freight. Trackable, and scanned every few hours.
DHL Global MailCheap, medium-paced, untrackable service. 1 week to most of the world
(Not all services available for all items or for all destinations)

We generally post orders in 1-3 days, however anything requiring custom manufacture (most poi, staffs) may take up to 5 days. Powdercoated staffs please allow a little longer. If you order an express service, we will prioritise your order's manufacture.

When you place your order, we will give you a link to a page which shows information about your order. Bookmark it as soon as you pay! It shows whether we've recieved your payment yet, and whether your items have been sent, as well as any tracking number.
