All our products, unless stated otherwise, will function for 3 months minimum

If something goes wrong with your toys, We generally just post you a replacement, or a replacement part.

Contact us using the "Contact Us" link if you have any problems with your toys, and we'll sort something out for you.

Exceptions

  1. We wont replace your house, car, Xbox, sister, etc if you burn it to the ground because you did something unsafe!
    This business is not worth suing - we sell this stuff for the love, so there's nothing to take!
  2. There's only minimum statatory warranty on stuff from the "Discount Bin", or any thing else sold as is.
  3. Warranty is voided if you open a credit card chargeback or a PayPal dispute or similar- using these tools hurt small businesses considerably more than you might expect, and are the slowest, least reliable method of getting a replacement or refund when something has gone wrong.
  4. If you threaten us, abuse our staff, try to sue us, or do other hurtful things - consider your warranty voided. We're people with feelings too.

We will replace or refund your order if it gets lost in the post

  1. We will not refund your purchase if the tracking shows you've recieved it, or its waiting at your post office for collection
  2. This does not apply to backorders - of which you can cancel your order for a refund any time before its posted.
